The Charitable Foundation is looking for a Coordinator of the Charitable Program for Helping Children with Physical Development Anomalies (payment for surgeries and treatment for children)
Duties
acceptance, verification, registration of Applications and attached documents;
collection of necessary contact information, collection of photographic materials;
drafting and sending inquiries and letters of guarantee;
organization of payment for operations, treatment of children, purchase of medical supplies;
collection of information about the results of the treatment;
formation of reports on the progress and results of the implementation of the Program on the information website of the Fund and other media;
generation of reports for donors;
database maintenance;
updating files, databases, program archives, photo archives, etc.;
organizing the design of toppers for piggy bank boxes, brochures on the Program;
participation in the Foundation’s charitable activities.
Working conditions:
Working hours: 5/2 from 09.00 to 17.00 or from 10.00 to 18.00.
Location: Moscow, st. m. “Pervomaiskaya”, 10 minutes walk from the metro.
Conditions: registration according to the Labor Code, white salary, sick leave payment, paid vacation.
Requirements:
3 years experience in project management in a similar position.
Education: higher legal
Ability to plan your working time, set and follow priorities in project implementation.
IMPORTANT: the ability to correctly, concisely and specifically express your thoughts, write texts using various styles of speech (stories and reports on the results of activities).
Ability to communicate with people.
Gender: doesn’t matter.
Knowledge of English: Intermediate would be an advantage.
