Thank you for being with us!
For seven months of this year because of your help, we have been able to assist eighteen children with severe and multiple disabilities. Each course of complex rehabilitation continues to pass our expectations and give yielding success.
Let us tell you one example, also known Julia’s story.
After the course of physical rehabilitation on her back, hands and legs muscles which become stronger daily, Julia now feels her body much better. Because of her new found flexibility, she now learns new moves and happily does exercises at the gym.
Now, Julia doesn’t get as tired when eating and clings less to her walker. After consistent sessions with a speech therapist, she has improved greatly in her concentration and focus. Moreover, her pronunciation of the sounds “l” and “sh” have become better. Much like the domino effect, because of her improvement in speech this gives Julia the opportunity to communicate not only with people she’s familiar with but also with other children and adults. Even better, Julia tries to engage in dialogue where she now not only answers questions but also asks them!
There are 19 Russian children waiting for our help this year. And we believe that if we continue to work together we will definitely help them!
