They did not think out loud, they philosophised inside themselves. Each child lay on a dog, thoughtfully studying himself or herself, while the dog-therapists too remained quiet.
By stroking the dogs, the children listened to themselves and we saw in their eyes and poses a conscious feeling of awareness of themselves in this world.
The children, who usually make loud noises and shake about so vigorously, behaved so quietly that if a pin dropped in the room everyone would have been able to hear it.
This turn of events albeit highly unusual has produced a joy within us all as we see the development of each child which cannot be expressed in words.
