A tour of the Renault Russia plant in Moscow for the pupils of the Kimov boarding school from the Tula region was held at the highest level! Perhaps it could not be otherwise.
The guys were delighted! Upon arrival in Moscow, the guys were met at the factory and fed in the dining room. The kids really thought it was a restaurant! )) It was delicious.
Then they were given individual protective equipment and instructed in safety measures. It was a certain challenge, as there were a lot of unusual moments at once and it was not so easy to keep all the information received in my head, and even to follow the rules immediately.
The guys were divided into 2 groups for convenience and safety. When we walked along special paths and “zebras” for pedestrians, robots drove past us, carrying spare parts along a certain route, and huge robotic welders worked in separate sections. Just like in the movie “Transformers”, only here the robots of the car were assembled. The guys learned a lot about different specialties and specialists who assemble these wonderful cars.
The School of Excellence caused even more surprise. Right here, at the factory, new specialists undergo an internship, learning all the intricacies of assembling cars of different configurations and configurations.
The guys were able to independently try to perform welding or tighten the bolts according to the instructions. This turned out to be a very important event!
At the end of the tour, the HR manager met with the guys and answered all questions about the internship, employment and working conditions in the company. So many exclamations and surprise we have not seen for a long time))!
