Each of us has been in a difficult and/or very vulnerable position in our lives. In many ways, caring people helped us to cope with difficulties. The power of caring is often combined into whole organizations. Organizations that do good and help in difficult times.
The UN has established this holiday with the aim of drawing public attention to the activities of charitable organizations and individuals in overcoming poverty and acute humanitarian crises, and, of course, encouraging their work and mobilizing people, public organizations and stakeholders in the world to participate in volunteer and charitable activities.
