The goal of the project is to promote comprehensive assistance to children with severe and multiple developmental disabilities living in families and boarding schools in the cities of Novosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk, Obninsk, Moscow, Moscow Region, Yekaterinburg, Khabarovsk.
