The “Portage” project was launched in December 2019 in the State Budgetary Institution Arzamas DDI. However, our colleagues are already making us happy with their first successes! 3 children with severe and multiple developmental disabilities participate in the project on a regular basis. For 2 months of regular classes, all children have increased their interest in cognitive activity, with the help of a teacher, they show and add objects. Some people make their first progress in socializing skills, such as waving goodbye, sharing toys, taking part in a game of hide-and-seek, and so on.
The “Portage” project is only taking its first steps in this region, and we are very happy that even more children will be able to get qualified help!
